Title deeds (stirling council) estates and commercial property - open data Edit

Local authorities are large owners of land, much of it not captured on the current Land Registry due to it not changing hands in the last 40 years. Given the nature of local authority land ownership, and the type and manner of the records held, in many instances no definitive information is actually held.

This dataset represents a reference view of Stirling Council's Title Deeds. It is important to note that any shown boundary, extent, or status must not be taken as an absolute.

Title (Council Title, Sold, Buy-back, Long Lease, Part Interest, Unclassified)

This Open Data dataset shows only the Title field, has been made available for reference purposes as part of our work to support Freedom of Information requests and Community Council / Elected Member enquiries.
