This dataset contains data from reporting years 2023 & 2024 and is therefore indicative of allocations and lets within the Stirling Council area, rather than an as is indicator. The Allocation Area boundaries are defined by the intersection of Stirling Council properties and postcode geographies (as defined by The National Records of Scotland Scottish Postcode Directory Scottish Postcode Directory (SPD) | National Records of Scotland (nrscotland.gov.uk) )
