Non Standard Geography Codes and Labels

NHS have added codes for non standard geographies that are separate to the standard 9 digit codes. These include\r\n\r\n- Special Health Boards and National Facilities\r\n\r\n- Strategic Business Units\r\n\r\n- Other non official Residential Categories \r\n
