Dundee Airport 3km Buffer

Within 3km of an aerodrome – Dundee Airport

The layer creates a zone extending 3km from the perimeter of Dundee Airport.  Layer is intended to be used to assist with the interpretation of Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (Scotland) Order 1992 – also known as “the GPDO”.   Class 6j and 6N In some circumstances this permits solar panels on non-domestic buildings EXCEPT where they are within 3km of an aerodrome or technical site.
